Frequently asked questions
Plans, payment, hardware and getting set up.
Plans and payment
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. Online payments go to your own PayMongo account, so the platform never touches your customers' money. You only pay the monthly plan.
Is there a free plan?
No. Plans start at ₱299 a month for a website with online ordering. You can sign up and add your menu or products before you pay; your site goes live once a plan is paid.
How do I pay for my plan?
Online by card, GCash or Maya, or by GCash, Maya or bank transfer that we confirm by hand. Plans are prepaid; nothing is charged automatically.
Can I change plans later?
Upgrade any time and the unused part of your current plan is credited. Downgrades take effect when your paid period ends.
What if I forget to renew?
Your plan keeps working for a short grace period after it ends. After that your website switches off until you pay; your menu, products and data stay.
Setup and hardware
Do I need to buy hardware from you?
No. Use your own PC or laptop, tablets, receipt and kitchen printers, cash drawer and attendance terminal.
What happens if the internet goes down?
The POS, kitchen display and kiosk keep working offline and sync when the connection comes back.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Starter and Pro. Every business also gets its own subdomain.
I have more than one branch. Which plan do I need?
Pro. It covers multiple branches with unlimited devices and staff, each branch with its own hours and reports.
